We at signature understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product you have received, we are happy to offer you a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Return Process

Pack the product securely and send it to the following address: House # 76 (4th Floor), Flat # A4, Road # 02, Banani, Dhaka-1213. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 7 days.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- The refund amount will include the product price, but not the shipping cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

- This policy is applicable only to products purchased from the signature website/store.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
